If Deathclaws manage to make it to the second level, have the dwellers in your first room on the left (or wherever the room is to the left of your second level elevator) prepared as well. The goal is to keep the Deathclaws from going further down into your vault, so killing them on the first level is the best strategy I've found.ĥ. High levelled and armoured ones should only need this once or twice, but others about 3 times. Keep every room on your first level with again, heavily armoured and weaponed dwellers, mine aren't all high skilled but as long as they've got some protection and firepower things shouldn't go too bad.Ĥ. The Deathclaws always travel from left to right of your vault starting from the first level. ![]() I tend to move them from room-to-room as the Deathclaws do.ģ. Although you can only have two, they'll make the greatest impact. Have highly skilled and heavily armoured and weaponed dwellers at the vault door. The more upgraded it is the more time you have to organise your dwellers.Ģ. ![]() Ensure your vault door is fully fortified. I've been attacked about 6 times so far (always when I'm unprepared which is a bother) but even if you're not prepared as long as your Vault Dwellers are, you should be fine.ĭeathclaw attacks can kill off many of your dwellers and potentially take down your Vault if you aren't careful so what I advise is:ġ. After a few attacks you'll soon realise that defeating them is no easy task, and strategy is required in order to do so. With the latest update for Fallout Shelter, I didn't know what I was in for with the arrival of Deathclaws.
